Edson Barboza: Giga Chikadze Can’t Stand 25 Minutes with Me

Preparing to face Giga Chikadze in the main event of Aug. 28’s UFC Fight Night card, Edson Barboza talked to Sherdog about his resurgence at featherweight and also promised a war with the Kings MMA fighter, who has won six straight bouts.

“Definitely Giga is a great striker, but I’m one of the best strikers in the world and I hurt people. I don’t believe He will be able to resist in front of me for 25 minutes.”

Barboza also talked about his desire to face Max Holloway and analyzed the next title dispute between Brian Ortega and Alexander Volkanovski.
