UFC 181 Weigh-in Results: Johny Hendricks, Robbie Lawler Official for Title-Clash Rematch

Robbie Lawler will get what he wants most: a second crack at Johny Hendricks and the Ultimate Fighting Championship welterweight title.

Lawler, who wound up on the wrong side of a unanimous decision against “Bigg Rigg” in March, checked in at 170 pounds ahead of his five-round rematch with Hendricks (170) in the UFC 181 main event on Saturday at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. Lightweight champion Anthony Pettis (154.5) and No. 1 contender Gilbert Melendez (155) also met the contracted weight requirements for their co-headliner at Friday’s official weigh-in.

UFC 181 “Hendricks vs. Lawler 2” -- which airs live on pay-per-view at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT -- will also feature a lightweight clash matching “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 13 winner Tony Ferguson (156) with Abel Trujillo (156) and a pair of heavyweight scraps, as the world-ranked Travis Browne (243) faces Brendan Schaub (244) and Todd Duffee (236.5) meets former Maximum Fighting Championship titleholder Anthony Hamilton (256).

Two hours prior, Fox Sports 1 will carry four preliminary matchups: Urijah Faber (135.5) vs. Francisco Rivera (135), Eddie Gordon (185.5) vs. Josh Samman (185.5), Corey Anderson (204.5) vs. Justin Jones (204.5) and Raquel Pennington (136) vs. Ashlee Evans-Smith (135.5). The two remaining undercard bouts will stream to UFC Fight Pass at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT, as Sergio Pettis (135) locks horns with Matt Hobar (136) and Alex Smith (145.5) collides with Clay Collard (146).
